Description  Precious was supposed to replace door handles and broken windows. He replaced door handles which came out after 3days. He never replaced the windows as he kept n coming up with lame excuses. Up to now he has not done anything about it since he too the money early October.

Feedback  He only took the money and did a shoddy job as far as replacing door handles. He was supposed to replace windows but he never replaced them even though he was paid a deposit to do the job. He kept on coming up with excuses. He is a crook who takes the deposit and does not do the job. The owner and the tenant had a hard time looking for him. The money was paid in October but up to now, he has disappeared and never bothered to pay back the money or do the job. He was always waiting for the client to look for him, he has poor workmanship.

Feedback  He is very loyal and honest. I liked that he was trustworthy as well, he bought the material for me, brought the right invoices, and delivered the job. He paid attention to detail, never missed an appointment, and his services are perfect. Precious is quick, efficient and I would recommend his services to other people.
