They arrived late and the assistant was on the phone all the time managing clients shouting at them because they were late and waiting on them. The assistant was very excited having a drill and revved it a couple of times before proceeding to take out a chunk of wall. They got their hands on my eyeliner pencil and used this to mark where the lock should go. After some time Skhulu put his phone away, changed into overalls and took over. Lots of drilling, got the gate up and then realized the door can't be closed. More drilling. I am still picking ip yellow plugs in the garden... I have a slam lock gate, but nothing aligns. When I raised this, Skhulu talked over me. Apparently I don't know how to use a gate. I complained to Leroy Merlin. They returned. Despite making it clear that I am not allowed to paint the wall as it is the body corporate's responsibility, they attempted to fix the wall and painted around it. In a different colour. The new, white security gate also got paint all over. And the floor tiles. When I pointed it out, Skhulu walked off, the assistant giggled and ran off. Horrible experience
