Feedback  We had so many problems with everything he did we practically had to check everyday. It was just a mess and quote of material was way off we spent 3 times the amount we were quoted. Not punctual with time at all. Left my yard a mess had to clean it ourselves. Just caused me too much work and stress. We had to follow behind him to check the work done.

Description  My roof was slagging in some of the area and was leaking in some of the area because it was not straight It is made of tiles When they came they took out some of the tiles and wood brandring Took measurements and told me to buy the wood They put the wood brandring l bought and made sure it's straight before putting the tiles back My roof is straight the way it's supposed to be and l was impressed with Prozin and his team workmanship Their cooperation and unity among themselves is what l admired most l can refer Prozin to anyone who needs their services without hesitation

Description  I hired Prozin to do water proofing on my roof My house roof type is the one with Metal sheets The roof was seriously leaking like a waterfall They came and put waterproofing and membrane where metal sheets join or meet and also on the nails the entire roof They also made sure that all nails holding the metal sheets are inside the wood or what they call brandring On the edge they installed a flash together with waterproofing they said it helps water not to enter on the edges of the wall When it rained l never experienced any leaks again l was happy with how Prozin and his team worked They have a good working relationship and they put extra effort in what they do

Feedback  There was no need for supervision As they know what they where doing Infact they educated me on some of the things they where doing

Description  Prozin remodeled my bathroom They removed old shower mixer and basin and installed a remodeled one Tape at the basin was changed also They also installed tiles both walls and floor l was happy with their workmanship and the effort they put when they were working for me Their cooperation and dedication was exceptional

Feedback  There self motivated themselves There was no need to manage them

Description  Prozin installed Kitchen cupboards for me First time they came they did their preparation and took measurements to get the right size for the material Then the following day they came and installed the kitchen cupboards Prozin and his team are well organised and they coordinate well when working l was happy with the outlook of my kitchen and my kitchen cupboards

Feedback  There was no need for managing them Their workmanship was great

Description  I hired Prozin to install seamless gutters and facia boards where they are none They did a great job When it rained the gutters are not leaking at the corners and they are neatly done and taking the water where they are supposed to l greatly appreciate the work they did for me and l wish them the best

Description  Prosper came and did some painting work for me He painted a 2 bedroomed Flat interior painting Before painting he sraped loose paint , closed all cracks and small holes with polifilla When the polifilla was dry He then did some sanding What l like about Prozin is they don't take short cut They follow every procedure when doing preparation When they where done with preparation they painted it neat without messing or dropping paint on my floor although they were using drop sheets l was happy with the way they did their cutting on the edges of the walls as well Windows and doors were also neatly done with enamel paint When you need your painting work done Prozin is the way to go They won't disappoint Their work is neat and impressive

Description  Fireplace Prozin came and installed fireplace at my existing home When he was building together with his team he followed the plan of what I wanted to suite the freestanding fireplace l was happy with the way they installed the built-in fireplace because there is no smoke coming inside my house and its neatly built and l can happily refer him to anyone who needs his services

Feedback  Did not need to be managed Infact he advised me on how best we can come up with ideas to get the job done perfect

Description  Prosper and his team did all the renovation that needed to be done at my house They remodeled 4 rooms that included kitchen , bathroom , bedroom and sitting room I my kitchen they moved and updated my cabinets They also updated my counter tops In my bathrooms they changed my tapes , basin , shower to a remodeled one also did tiling In my sitting room they changed my floor and did some painting Prozin team changed old light fittings and put new ones l was happy with the new Outlook of the house and the teamwork they displayed when they were working I can refer Prozin to my friends or to any customer without hesitation

Description  I gave Prozin a contract to build my 8 roomed double story house Prozin builders workmanship was marvelous to watch l was impressed with their hard work and determination When there was anything that needs alterations or needs to be corrected to meet the standards of the plan Every time l tell them to do so They will do so without complain l was happy with the outcome of the structure of my double story house They were able to follow what was on the plan Prozin also did all my Electrical work , Plumbing , Painting , tiling and also torch on waterproofing on top of my roof I was happy with all the work they did for me and l can happily refer them to any person who needs their services

Description  Removed nails which where on my walls Closed the holes and cracks with polifilla then sand the walls with sandpaper to make sure the walls are flat before installing the Wallpaper After preparation of the wall he then went on to install the Wallpaper After installation l did inspection of my wallpaper the corners and edges where neat and straight lt was also secured well l was happy with their work l can happily recommend Prozin to anyone who needs their services

Description  I had a roof which is made of metal sheets which was giving me a problem It was always leaking But ever since Prosper and his team came and repaired it l never had a problem again They removed all the metal sheets which where Rusty and damaged and also make sure that the truses and brandring or wood is straight as it was also slagging in some of the area After fixing the brandring or wood They then installed new ones replacing the damaged ones They also waterproofed the entire roof where metal sheets join together or meet He told me to buy Flash something that they used to close water from entering on the edge of the roof against the wall on top of the roof and installed it He also waterproofed all nails and also made sure that they are all in through the wood so that water don't enter through the nails When it rained l never experienced any leak Because l was happy with their work and team work l gave him other work to install gutters and painting and He executed it well I can honestly say lam happy with the work He did for me and he is a person who does not take short cut He someone who always put effort in everything he does lam happy to refer him to anyone who is in need of his services

Description  He scrapped all the loose paint on the walls Plastered crackes with plaster sand and cement Also use poly filler to cover small crackes He also used damp seal on the walls which were affected by rain When l was satisfied with all the preparations he then painted the whole building walls with three floors including all the windows , burglar bars and fitcher boards Inside my building which comprises of many different apartments or flats He nocked out walls to create space for my bathroom removed old wooden floors and tiled the whole bathroom and floors in the apartments He also did some plumping work by upgraded the old shower system and installing a new system He also removed old tapes and a basin sink and put new one Removed old light fittings and put new ones On top of my building he did torch on waterproofing on the concrete slab which was leaking l greatly appreciated the work he did for me and l can happily recommend or refer him to other customers for his savices

Feedback  I hired Prosper to install plugs and lights at my home. We negotiated a few for his service which was reasonable for me. His workmanship is the best, he knows his job. What I like about him is that he is reliable and punctual. Prosper is very quiet and he minds his own business, he just does what you tell him to do. I always refer him to my friends and they have not complained.
