Description  The people who originally built our garage did a bad job. The roof was falling in the garage. Richard rebuilt garage from the door (where it was breaking).

Feedback  I work with many builders and he is one of the few builders that I consider to be very good. He is always on time, very reliable. He does his work very well, his workers don't chatter, they do the work and in the end he will properly present his invoice. I had no problem with him, he's so trustworthy that when we once overpaid him, he actually contacted me to return the extra amount he was paid. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
