Feedback  Richard is an absolute delight. He installed some doors for us at our guest house (The Village guest House), and our residential home. He was on time and finished the job on time. He is very accommodating and will go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. My highlight is how he manufactured, painted and put mirrors for my guesthouses doors! Richard has great work ethic, is extremely affordable and I recommend him.

Feedback  Richard made two pedestals for me and the quality of his work was very good. His pricing was reasonable and it was worth the job that he did. He has good communication skills and customer service. The overall service was good and there were no problems. I always recommend him to others and I have never heard any complaints.

Description  Carpentry

Feedback  Richard does woodwork. He made a wall unit and a coffee table. I was very happy and have absolutely no complaints, everything is fine, and if there is an issue he comes to fix it. The quality of work and communication is very good. I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend him.

Plumber

Cost  We agreed on R700 for “work” done.

Description  He was supposed to replace two single taps with a mixer in a shower. He did not complete the job as I stop the job when it became clear he did not have the skill set to complete it. 11 hours into the day he had more excuses and I have a hole in the wall

Feedback  He did not give clear feedback as to the challenges he was facing. He wasted materials I provided for the job. He and his team are not skilled at plumbing.
