Feedback  I got him for Facebook and he did several works at my house, l hired Sam and he redid the roof and painted it, she plasters inside walls of my house and painted, and he paves the area around the swimming pool, l was impressed by his work, it was neatly done to my satisfaction, he works professionally and he delivers accordingly, he does not charge exorbitant prices and l can reffer him to others for excellent service.

Cost  R3000 . that was R700 less than the second quotation.

Description  Tiled the stair case and landing .Also gave a better and nicer option of how to lay the tiles.

Feedback  I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship. I was a bit skeptical at first. Great job Sam. I am already lining him up for more jobs around the house.

Feedback  I saw him on the internet and hired him to build a swimming pool, he build it from scratch to the installation of pump, tiles, and lights, he also paved the area around and his work is up to standard, he exceeded my expectations, Sam is a reliable guy who sticks to the agreement, he also recommends things that were valid and his quotation was reasonable.

Feedback  Doesn't know all that much about tiling in all honesty. I am disappointed and still trying to fix his mistakes.

Feedback  I placed an advert in a local press and Sam was quick to respond, l hired him and he redid my swimming pool, replaced sewer pipes that were damaged by roots, and paves around the pool, everything was done to my satisfaction, l have no reason to complain, he is a hardworking guy who works well with his team, his charges were worth his job and l can gladly recommend his services.
