Feedback  After using many mediocre guys, I became fed up with builders. A friend said to me, I've got someone who did tiny bit of work for me really well. I was sceptical, but I got him in, and I was simply blown away. The quality of his work was outstanding, everything was perfectly square! If you agree to meet him at 8:00, he'll be there at 7:30. There is a lot of valuable material in my office, and I happily leave him to work there. I literally can't fault him anywhere. Since I'm in the construction industry myself, I am quite opinionated about construction. He challenges me respectfully when he disagrees, and more often than not - he's right. In a personal capacity, believe you me, he's a good chap. I really like him. He's not out there to rip you off, and he is a straight talker. By all means, I can recommend him - something I've already done a lot.

Description  Samson built a set of free standing rooms at the back of my home. The job took about a month.

Feedback  I recommend Samson highly. He has done work for me and for my family members in the past. He is reliable and he is excellent at what he does. Samson loves to do the work himself and this shows with the high quality of buildings he produces. He is hands on and extremely detail orientated. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and he also is very self reliant.

Description  He actually stayed at the back of my house. He did lots of work on my house too -several renovations carried out over around 10 years.

Feedback  He is very honest. He's an absolutely wonderful guy. Over the years, I recommended him widely and sourced him a lot of work. Whenever I had to leave, I took comfort in having him look after my house. In terms of his work, he built stuff for me at the quarter of the price somebody else would have, because of all his contacts in the building industry.

Description  He built a home for me in an estate.

Feedback  Samson is very well priced, he is not the cheapest but his work is of an excellent quality, that is worth every cent. I highly recommend him as a builder and furthermore I will be giving him work opportunities in the future. I was very impressed by his versatile solid structural skills and his well grounded old school methods.

Feedback  He was a pleasure to work with. He's a great guy - humorous too! He understood what I wanted - when I showed him a drawing, he was quick to grasp and execute on it. He has a good eye. In terms of the quality of the work - everything was perfect; there were no reworks necessary.

Description  Brickwork and concrete slab

Feedback  He took about a third longer than I expected, since he worked largely by himself. The work was of a good standard. Unfortunately during the job he ran into some issues with his car, so because of that he wasn't always on time. I felt like I could trust him, I was comfortable to leave him to do his work alone.
