Description  absolutely nothing. He took my dishwasher then returned a much older appliance and still does not work!!!. excuses all the time to come return my Bosch Dishwasher which was not tarnished like this one...and smelling of mold !!. Door of this one damaged and dented. not my machine !! Not even a back panel

Feedback  He has many other complaints on Hellopeter of people who are still sitting with appliances which does not work, and they have paid.......just like myself.

Description  He replaced the motor on our fridge which is still not working

Feedback  Sean claimed that our fridge was not cooling as the motor need to be replaced. He replaced the motor and re-gassed the fridge, which has not worked at all since he did this. After paying him the agreed upon price, Sean had instructed us to leave the fridge unplugged for 2 hours, so we were not aware that the fridge was not working until the following morning. Sean has, in the past 10 days, not arrived for the agreed appointments, to date, 6 appointments that he has made to return and repair the fridge, no attempt has been made on his part to let us know that he was not coming,, despite knowing that we were taking time out from work to be home. He has not returned calls or responded to messages. He has made repeated excuses and promises that he has not kept. I am disgusted by our experience to date. My experience of Sean is that he is dishonest and unqualified to complete appliance repairs.

Description  He charged a call-out fee to inspect my washing machine and tumble dryer.

Feedback  I was comparing quotes for washing machine and tumbled dryer services and specified that I was looking for a Smeg-approved repairperson. Sean told me that he was approved by Smeg and that his "Smeg tech" number was 42188. I was foolish enough to trust him on this and agree to let him come inspect the machines. He came to inspect the machine on Wednesday 10 July, charged a call-out fee of R500, told me he was ordering the parts and that it should take a week. I had to chase him up only to find out that he is not an authorized repairman with Smeg at all, and ordered the parts only on Monday 15 July. His dishonesty and lack of professionalism and communication has left me very frustrated and he is not making any reasonable effort to rectify this position.

Description  He repaired a washing machine and did some plumbing job.

Feedback  He came on time and finished the job on time. The prices were fair. He did a very good job and I was happy. His overall service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend him.

Description  He fixed my intercom.

Feedback  Since he came to fix my intercom, I have had any problems or issues with. I even recommended him to my daughter to help fix her fridge.

Description  He fixed my stove, and changed it from gas to electric stove.

Feedback  He is a good guy, the job was not that big but he managed to finish everything in time. He follow safety standards and there was no issues.
