Description  I called Shepherd to come and have a look at my pool as it seems there was a leak. After he identified the leak and some discussions it was decided that Shepherd will renovate my pool as the old marbelite was stained and needed a makeover. after we came to an agreement regarding the cost, I paid a deposit for material and Shepherd and his team started on the friday by draining the pool. The big job started the next day to remove all the old marbelite. This took a few days as Shepherd removed the marbelite down to the raw concrete. this took a lot of effort and manpower from his team as it was an old pool. The pool was then replaster and new mosaic tiles and marbelite was done in royal blue. new pipes were connected to pump which meant the paving was opened up but again nicely relayed. Also the jets(inlets) for the water was repositioned and a new LED light was installed. He also was not happy with the current set-up of pump and filter and repositioned it on a paved slab with a new pumphouse cover at additional cost. He also suggested a new electronic timer which was very nicely installed against the wall.(additional cost). All rubble was removed and every day site was cleaned accordingly and when job was done Shepherd made sure everything was cleaned properly and paving was washed. A new pool cover was also installed by Shepherd, better quality than the one I had before.

Feedback  I was very impressed with the work Shepherd did and the suggestions he came up with which at the end of the day gave me a nice pool and set-up. I must compliment him on his team as they are trustworthy and hard working. Also very neatly dressed in their overalls with their names and company name. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning using someone on the internet but I must say this website (kandua) and a person like Shepherd surprised me big time.
