Description  I gave Sibbert the job after he played the sorrow card for "needing the job". I had another professional team on board for the same cost but decided to give Sibbert a chance. Not happy with the service - They were supposed to be at my house at 8am but only pitched up at 11:30am. He promised that Wrapping is included in the price, but then they never had wrapping and i had to drive to buy my own wrapping. My furniture was so damaged after the move and I still have a missing braai. He also promised that my items will be insured by outsurance (charged me extra for the insurance) but after i sent him pictures of the damaged items, which he claimed will be paid by the insurance... feedback on this process was a lie. Not happy at all. will not recommend this business.

Feedback  Very friendly team. Sibbert was very late though(booked for 9am and only arrived 12:30) and they didn’t have the proper tools to handle the job. But I suspect it was because he couldn’t get the arranged / booked trucks and had to use two different ones. Even with that the team worked until 10:30pm to finish. I would definitely use Sibbert and his team again but they do need a proper booking system.

And since he put in the alarm system I find out that the battery used was an old one it wasn't a new system that I expected to be installed. I thought that he might have cut a few corners short in what he did and I just ended up replacing the new battery myself so that I know exactly where the batteries come from.
