Instead of ensuring the problem was dealt with permanently he unblocked the drain but left the problem of a cracked pipe unresolved. My worry is that sooner or later when his guarantee expires in three months the problem will resurface. I would have appreciated that he quoted me for the whole job to rectify the problem permanently..
