Feedback  Silas has built an extra room at house, he did my ceiling and roofing. I have been using his service for the past three years whenever I need to have work done at my home. His pricing is always much better compared to other quotes that I get. He is very reliable, trustworthy and punctual, he keeps his appointments. I have never had a problem with his work, it looks perfect and he tidies. He is always available when I need him and he goes beyond by doing extra things. I would and I have recommended him.

Feedback  Silas built a house for us, it was a two-storeys with a mezzanine which was on a stand alone property. He also did renovations for us at a complex, which included preparing the floors for skreeting, removing a pillar, he took out the bathroom, kitchen cupboards, and replaced them, cornacing, and took down a wall. He has an amazing team, they are all non-drinkers and smokers, very decent people and I felt comfortable and safe with them. We had sourced multiple quotes and his quote was cheaper by quite a bit. Now, whenever I need to have work done, I just call him. He was reliable, trustworthy, and punctual and he did a fantastic job. I will always recommend anyone who offers a good service.

Feedback  I subcontract Silas for all of my building work. He does building, brick work, and plastering. I can recommend him, he is very good and I am still using him.
