Description  He's done a number of different jobs for me in my house and also in other apartments that I own. He knocked down a wall in my house and built another wall as well. He's done some plaster work. He also built a braai area at my house. In fact he is currently doing another job at one of my apartments at the moment.

Feedback  He is very excellent at what he does! He's neat and works very fast and efficiently He tidies up after each job and he's got a very good eye- He does things in a straight and perfect manner and trust me, I would know because I am a freak for straight lines and perfect work. He does multiple things from bricklaying, to tiling to a whole lot of things, he also has a lot of contacts with people that can do some of the few things that he can't do.

Description  He built my sitting room and bathroom and also extended the kitchen.

Feedback  Everything about him was great! His work as a whole was excellent, his personality was exquisite, he was so good to me. He really did a nice job in my house from top to bottom, I won't even lie, my house looks very good. He is so multi-talented, he can do just about everything in construction. I am very impressed with his work.

Description  He was the supervisor of a renovation that was taking place at my house.

Feedback  His work was good, he was quite affordable and he was always on time. Him and his team always cleaned up after working. I also liked the fact that they came with their own tools. The only issue was that I had to tell them what to do and also supervise them on a regular basis. I also paid them based on milestones just to ensure that they worked at the right pace.

Description  He did an extension,roofing,drywalling, ceiling and paving at one of our offices, and he built a garage at my house

Feedback  He needed to be micromanaged a few times as he went over the set time that the project should have been completed. He tried to make an extra cash a few times but would laugh it off when I tell him that it was part of the project.Other than that he was very efficient and he arrived on time at the site with his team and the end result was very exceptional.
