Feedback  When the sliding door and window installations were done, it was good but the only problem was that the door was facing the wrong way. So I contacted Concept360 to fix what was wrong but they told me that, I needed to buy a new door. I was not happy with this because when I bought the door, I was told that both sides can be used either way. However, they came through later on to fix the problem without any further problems and left me a happy man.

Description  Remove steel windows/sliding door and fit aluminium widows and new sliding door (same size,due to color diff.).

Feedback  He told me ALL WORK DONE in 2 days,and then he did not bring the TRILLIS SAFTY SLAM GATE,without telling me,and when asked about the gate,he said he going to fitt it later,NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME AT ALL,And then i told him to leave the Trillis slam lock security gate,and i'm not paying for it as it was not supplied. AFTERWARDS when i washed the windows the Sliding door window,had grinding spots on that is onto the glass,the aluminum window frames had marks on from where it was put or lean against something to disable and reassemble it,can not get that markes off.

Feedback  Concept360 did the installation of a door at my house, and I was not pleased with the work they did. There was a great misunderstanding of the type of door that I wanted. I wanted a wooden door, but an aluminum door was installed. This caused the expense that I have to pay for the work to rise by three times due to plastering and painting after the finished installing the aluminum door. They were professional, punctual and they cleaned after finishing the work.

Feedback  Concept 360 did a great job for me and I will definitely hire them again in the future if need be as well as recommend them to my friends and family for their service because they know what they do and their prices are affordable. However, I was not happy with Concept 360's poor workmanship because they arrived late and they did not communicate with me to notify me that they will be late. I was also not happy because there was a delay in everything including acquiring the door and when Concept 360 finished the job, they did not clean up their mess.
