Description  Solane failed to fix my bed set. The issue has worsened since his work

Feedback  Solane did horrible repairs which took a damaged bed set to a broken one following his work. Solane undertook to come fix the issue. My messages are not going through to him anymore on whatsapp (presumably I've been blocked). This is extremely disappointing from a contractor on the Kandua system. He is a horrible contractor with no accountability for his bad work.
