I had a storm last Thursday and I looked on line on Friday at 6am Steve was there 40 mins later and I was impressed with him I never even got another quote. he completely sealed my roof and it has been raining for days with no leaks at all

Feedback  He completed work on my roof which was leaking, only to find out at the next thunderstorm that roof still had a leak. I called him several times and he kept promising to come but never showed up. He’s work supposedly comes with a four year guarantee and it wasn’t even a month before the roof was leaking again. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

Description  Steve and his team replaced broken trusses and brandering in my roof, fixed the damage on the ridges, waterproofed the valleys on my roof and placed overtile barge boards on the Apex of my roof.

Feedback  He responded within few minutes when I logged in for quotes, he reported to my house in less than hour. He gave professional advice, was accurate on the quantity of the material to be used. He went with me to buy the necessary materials at the various reputable dealers to prove how honest and transparent he was. His team is always punctual, friendly and honest. We agreed on labour costs, he commenced and finished the job without asking for a deposit, where necessary he buys small items from his own funds and presents you with invoices for reimbursement when you are ready. He is willing to enter into a payment arrangement, you just have to keep the end of your deal.
