Feedback  He diagnosed the problem very well during his first visit, he knows his work very well. The oven was tripping the whole house when we switched it on. He saw that there was no problem on the oven or stove, and that all problems start from main DB bord, which also affected some of the lights in the apartment. He found that the cables were burned in the mainswitch. He quickly fixed the issue and a switch that was broken and gave me a 1year 6months guarantee.

Description  I hired Surprise to fix an issue with a switch that was tripping on the DB Board, Surprise came to the house and changed the surge switch in the DB Board claiming this would fix the issue for the switch tripping. I was promised 1 year 6 months gaurentee on the new switch which is how he justified charging a very high price to change the switch.

Feedback  Surprise promised that if there were any issues he would come back to resolve them. 2 days later the switch tripped again and the original problem persisted. I contacted Surprise and informed him that the issue with the switch in the DB Board has returned and it seems the original issue was not fixed. He promised to come on the Friday to resolve the problem, he did not come on Saturday, he promised on Monday to come Tuesday but did not come, he then contacted me Wednesday to say he will come in the afternoon on Wednesday but did not come. I payed for nothing. Worst of all he hasn't even bother to contact me and inform me why he's has not come as he has promised. This man is a liar and a fraud, he's full of nothing but empty promises.

The issue was resolved promptly and he promised that his workmanship has 1 year 6 months guarantee. Overall I'm happy with the service, however, the price was much higher than expected, but if his guarantee is as stated and there are no additional issues after 1 year 6 months then I don't mind the price.

Feedback  The issue was at a flat that I am renting out. I do not stay in the area, so I could not be there. After speaking to Suprise and describing what the tenant described to me, he arrived on time the next day, contacted the tenant and found the root cause of the issue and did the necessary repairs. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. In the end, the problem was resolved and the tenant was happy with the work that was done.
