Description  Sylvester installed 4 electric stoves, over 20 plugs and switches, rellocated 2 main supply boards, installed more than 30 lights and also fixed my gate motor when the connection was damaged by the water. He is also a reliable plumber and has installed and connected 3 showers and 3 toilets including the related sewer pipes.

Feedback  Sylvester has been excellent because once I give him the scope of work I never had to follow up with him. He gives regular feedback including pictures of his progress. Over time I have learned to trust him so much I transfer the funds on the quotations he get from the various hardwares for material required for various renovation projects. Our working relationship is such that I don't need to worry about work being done even during the week. He is reliable.

He gives the best advice on how to permanently solve some maintenance issues. I also like the fact that he always cleans up after himself leaving the place neat and tidy. He is quite affordable and he is always open for a negotiation on both prices and payment plans.
