Description  Malume Transportation is the name if the company she works for/owns. She promised the world, set my mind at ease and proceeded to be the worst decision I have made.

Feedback  Last minute booking from my side. Explained in detail what I need to have done for my 2 older children moving out of their apartment. She set my mind at ease even promised she would also help them pack the last of their stuff and it will all be included in the quote. We discussed them coming LATER to leave time for kids to finish up. Day of move comes they arrive VERY EARLY, Tabitha NOWHERE to be found. She later sent message to apologize she wasn't there and assured me there is a capable man in charge. They moved the boxes that they could but arriving early, not as many as we wanted. We gave them instructions to take boxes and put it next to dumpster which was ignored. We still had a full day of packing and moving after they were finished. They picked up a box with my tablet on top after we told them to leave it. Its obvious it had a tablet on top it slid off and broke. A brand new (3 months old) Samsung S6. When my daughter told them to leave her laptop the guy got annoyed, slammed the laptop screen closed and proceeded in picking it up. She Screamed NOOOOOO and he reluctantly put it down. In retrospect - they wanted the electronics to steal because what further happened was - they broke the washing machine and it flooded the new apartment, and they stole cables of my son - his cellphonhe cable, my daughter's laptop charging cable and we are still making a list to see what else. WORST PART IS Tabitha has not said one word to me. She ignores allll my whatsapps after reading. She still hasn't explained, offered compensation, help, or a way to claim from their insurance. Nothing. This is truly a nightmare. They are terrible! Note: she sends from Malume Transport. They are based in Terenure Kempton Park according to listing. NEVER EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Feedback  Two of the guys were clumsy. One constantly texting on the phone. No one was in charge of the move, I had to oversee them myself. Clearly marked fragile items were mishandled. They handled my stuff without due care and broke an appliance and chipped a couple of walls with the items. Thabitha said she’d get back to me on a couple of matters but didn’t even bother. I trusted her and she disappointed me.

Description  Move a room full of furniture from Albertville to Honeydew storage facilities. We then offloaded and added more stuff from storage and traveled to Pretoria.

Feedback  Tabitha was great when it came to negotiating the price. I recieved my job card a day before the move with the contact details of who would be helping me. The only let down is that the guys were an hour and a half late but they made up for it by being quick on their feet. I was expecting a driver s d 1 person who will help but I got a driver and 2 helpers which made the job way easier. I got requests quickly after posting the ad and I'm very satisfied.

Description  Tabitha helped me at the last minute, after our mover slacked on me. She quickly came to my assistance and was very professional, she issued a job card that allowed me to follow up with the driver, but there was no need because the driver called to update me. They moved my stuff quickly and efficiently. Only issue was that my fridge was a little scratched, but I don't think they are to blame. The quote was a little steep as all the other ones were around R1200.

Feedback  I heard about her by word of mouth and I hired her to help us move our offices from Randburg to Brynston. It was 1st time using her but the services were exceptional. She even went out of her way by packing and unpacking our office furniture without charging an extra amount. On top of that our boxes couldn't fit all in the new offices, she took them to our boss' house for free. She has a team that she works with and they are so cautious when handling furniture nothing broke as compared to the previous mover when we were going to Randburg, a lot of furniture was broken. Her prices are very reasonable, as compared to other quotations we got she charge us half the cost from what others were charging.

You can just give her pick up location and drop off location and do exactly as you instruct her to do. She is always on time and she doesn't disappoint. She handles people's goods carefully. She is very effective and efficient and readily available when you need her as long as she is not booked. She doesn't lie about her location like other drivers. I highly recommend her.
