Feedback  I needed to change the colour on my R45000 recliners. Tom smooth talked me into giving him the job …at first he sounded like such a nice person. Although he passed the deadline by 7 days, I did not mind as I agreed to give him more time for a quality finish. When I went to fetch my couches I was surprised to find my job 90% complete therefore unfinished and he was working on another job, which by the way did not look good. The stitching and seams on the couches were not straight. The sponge had lumps and was also not aligned…The couches were damaged and cannot be repaired. I lost R45000 plus the R5250 deposit. He also refused to transport my damaged possession back to my property I had to hire a transporter for R750 . There was another review that stated “give this guy your job at your own peril” . I apologies to the writer of the review for not listening to you as I wanted to support my South African Brother , however it cost me more than R50 000. Take More Tom and Toms Furniture and Upholstery will take your Money. I concur give him your job at your peril. Most of the pictures that he sends or posted on his website are fake … please don’t get caught by this guy.
