Description  I bought an old apartment which was unbelievably dilapidated. I wanted to first knock down a wall and search for someone to do that. I found Wayne on Facebook and he came over at no call out charge. He agreed to knock down the wall then asked to give me a quotation on the renovations as I had mentioned I was yet to renovate the place. I found his quotation really reasonable. I got him to do the job. He was professional throughout and kept communication in everything he was doing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and all the time I have home issues to fix I think of him and I would believe he is now my resident handyman.
