Description  Our overhead light had a fault with the dimmer. When you turned the lights on they flashed. When you turned them off three of the 6 wouldn't turn all the way off. We already had replaced the dimmer once and we had another electrician out who also replaced the dimmer and still had the issue. Fish was able to fix it.

Feedback  Fish and his colleague were able to figure out the issue that another electrician was not able to fix. After they left I noticed there was still some flickering so they came back the next day free of charge to make sure the job was 100% quality.
