Feedback  I registered with him for 6 weeks training session but it turned out to be 4 weeks because of the progress I was making. He is very patient and persistent. He doesn't just tell you to stop certain habits for no reason but he takes his time to explain so that you understand why you shouldn't eat certain types of foods. We could meet at virgin active for an hour session and he was punctual always. Upon review, if he notices that there are no changes he tries something else. He is very knowledgeable about his job and highly professional therefore I recommend him

Feedback  He helped me to lose weight, I was weighing ninety-something kgs and weighed off to seventy-something. I'm so grateful for his work I saw great improvement through exercising only with his help. He was coming to my house and his prices are very reasonable considering the amount of effort he puts in. He is professional and knowledgeable about his work. Now he keeps checking with me to see if I'm progressing alone. I highly recommend him.

He did a house call whereby we arranged for him to come to my house. We were doing 1 fruitful hour session. We did different exercises. I enjoy working with him and I can recommend him
