He gave me the quotation to buy the material and after I did he complained about everything saying why did I buy this and that. He complained about everything yet he was the one who gave me the quotation and just bought what he quoted. He said I cannot use this and he take me to builders to buy another expensive material, he bought 10litres and only to use 2 and half litres. He wrote in the quotation removing the carpet when I removed the carpet myself. He even charged me for cleaning and he didn't remove the rubbles, they were everywhere in the garage when I opened it. I was not happy at all about it they are not even professionals and their pricing was too high.

He installed a french door at my house and also replaced old doors with new doors inside the house, he had to knock out some of the walls first for the french door to fit. He first covered all the furniture in the house so that they won't be covered in dust. He came with his team and they were very punctual. I found them to be trusted because I left them in the house and go out for some business and when I came back I didn't find anything missing. Their prices are very reasonable and they have good workmanship as I did not see any tension amongst them and also he was communicating well with me. Everything was perfect except for the rubbles they left behind. It was really not that bad and I also thought maybe there will be someone else who will remove it but at the end I had to remove it myself.

Feedback  I hired Themba for tiling and he was quick to respond to my request but l think he has to communicate with his team and supervise them. He brought his guys who were not communicating very well. l was not happy with the backsplash that they did in my kitchen, l feel like they should have done better and they did the layout without consulting e on how l wanted it to be done. They neatly tiled my lounge and the kitchen floors but they did not do well on the edges by the door. I stay in an apartment and l was not happy with them leaving the rubbles on my balcony because they had to remove the existing tiles before installing new ones. Themba sent someone the following day for rubble removal and it seems like the guy was not aware of how big was the job. After communicating with him about the service that l received from his guys, he did apologize and offered a free service in my bathroom which showed good customer service. I can only recommend him if he improves on communication skills with his team and if he could supervise them other than if he knows his job and how to give a quotation.

Unfortunately the first two “Pros” really made a mess of them, they chipped the doors whilst cutting them to size and also cut the doors skew. They looked terrible. Finally, on my third try, Themba and his amazing team came to sort out the mess.
