Description  He fixed my LG top loader machine..the drum was not turning ...fixed the draining pipe ...and bra wire was taken out from machine

Feedback  He knows his job ...before he came out for call out he phoned me and ask me to take a picture of the machine in side ..picture was send to him .he knew already what was wrong ...he came with the part .

Description  He told me he is also a plumber and said I needed to replace a water pressure valve outside the house...he quoted between R900 to R1500 for the new valve and that with labor it would be R1900. I thought that was a bit much but trusted he was being honest. Turns out he bought the cheapest valve costing R699 from Builders Warehouse instead of the correct replacement valve which was a Cobra from plumbers store. When I saw the plastic rubbish valve he replaced I asked him about it and he replied that it was a better ...long story short he did me in in a dishonest way ..I’m very disappointed with this. I’ve had to get other plumbers to come in and undo what he did and replace with the proper one as I requested...at a further cost to me. Also he does not answer my calls and messages to please contact me...

Feedback  He lied to me about a job needed to be done and that he is a plumber....he brought someone else with him by the name Peter who clearly was probably the plumber and they obviously have an financial arrangement. Then they lied about a part ie pressure valve that needed to be replaced but replaced it with a cheap part which is illegal for the house insurance standards. Meantime there was nothing wrong with the valve. I realized this when my insurance plumbers came to inspect at my request and the were shocked to find out I had been ripped off R2000 later. I’ve had to get the proper part at a cost of R1500 and other plumbers come in to remove the unsuitable part and replace the original one . This is not on Tizivei!! Very disappointing since you have done other appliance jobs and I was a very happy customer....you took a bad chance and it’s back fired....

Description  He relocated two air conditioner units for me and then serviced them.

Feedback  He did a great job under the circumstances as we were experiencing load shedding at the time. He did come back as soon as he could to continue with the job, but that is why it took a few days. Not the neatest job in the world but then I am very particular, and he did correct some items at my request. Overall the wok was done to my satisfaction .
