Description  Scraped and scrubbed off the old paint and plaster from the wall. He then plastered the wall where re plaster was needed. He then applied waterproofing and plaster key to prevent water damage from penetration. He then applied primer and finished with a coat of highly recommended satin paint. He also painted the paving around the house to make the house look new.

Replaced 5 small tiles in bath and 2 BIG tiles on floor that was cracked. 4. Pulled 2 carpet door strip edges from wooden flooring. 5. Re-glued few parquet flooring blocks. 6. Re-sealed bath with white sealant and. Kitchen sink. 7. Sealed roof fitting where leak occurred with acrylic sealant.

Feedback  I also purchased all the materials and this added up to R2661.40. There is a lot of stuff left over so Calvin could have bought smaller / less products. I also provided the 3 man team with lunch on day one.
