Description  Waleed has done work for many customers,and all his customers are satisfied and happy with his prices,....i am helping Waleed with his mechanical work,i came across a customer,a Mr Jeremy Weber,.. a very stubborn and rude man...he brought his vehicle in only for a service,but his car had a starter problem too.. Waleed completed the service,and at the end,Mr Weber blamed Waleed for damaging his starter...

Description  Worst experience since owning a car. I contacted Waleed to fix an oil leak and do a minor service on my BMW 1 series, instead he damaged my starter - I had to arrange a tow truck to collect my car from him event hough my car was driving perfectly fine before he got ahold of it. I have never see such poor workmanship in my life. The man basically admitted fault but refused to fix my car. He have so integrity and during this period and I hope that the NCC will look at his business and how he treats customers.

Feedback  I had to call him trice a day to find out what was wrong with my car, no sense of customer service and no entegrity. He Should start building he'sbusiness on a good reputation but sadly crooks like Waleed never learns

Description  Waleed replaced my V-belt after a red warning light left me stranded at the beach. After phoning him he diagnosed the problem and advised me to have the car towed. His advice saved me from damaging my engine and he fixed it the next day.

Feedback  My car starter fixing and brush replacement was all perfectly done by Waleed. Upon finishing the replacements, he figured that the ear of the starter was broken and he fixed it without adding an extra charge. He has a great heart because he also identified an electrical problem after completing his job, then he quickly consulted with his partner who deals with same. His partner asked me to buy a cable and up to now, I have not encountered any problem.
