Feedback  Weitone from Afribex was very helpful and offered to come out immediately after I contacted him. I decided to make things more efficient by sending him pictures of the stove model and problem so that he could get the parts in advance, which he was more than happy to do. When Weitone and his partner arrived, they had the correct parts and fitted them without issue, whereas a previous handyman had kicked up a fuss, suggesting I replace the entire stove (!!!) instead of just the plates. Weitone and his partner were very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. They also adhered to COVID protocols where other contractors have not. I highly recommend them!
