Feedback  He did the whole work from beginning to end, he had to source all the materials and he did very well, all the materials he sourced was of good quality, there were two rooms that he sourced very specific material to accommodate them and he did well with that, he worked late hours and that is something I picked up from him and he would finish on time, he was so trustworthy we would leave him with the buildings keys and the things that did not go well he came to repair them.

Description  We asked Ray to remove a bar worth about R40 000. This bar had to be reinstalled at a different premises which meant, no damage to the framework. That is exactly what we got. A job well done. The area where the bar was situated was also fixed with rhino lite, painted and it looked absolutely amazing. He cleared and cleaned afterwards as well.

Feedback  He did not need to be managed at all. He explained step by step what he was going to do.

Description  He builds a deck for me and he did some tiling.

Feedback  Raymond is a good service provider, he is very smart he cleans after every work he does, he is up for negotiations in terms of pricing depending on the type of job, he has no comebacks, his job is of high standards.

Description  Ray renovated a normal room and turned this into a boardroom for our company. The walls were painted, the door moved from the one side to the other, removed a cupboard, laminated flooring, fitted a projector to the ceiling and fitted a monitor to the wall for skype calling. He hung frames & also built a remote holder for our wall next to the monitor.

Description  He did general, mechanic and technical documentation.

Feedback  He does general repairs in construction, mechanical, electrical and also technical documentation and I have been working with him for the last five years and he is a good service provider and I would recommend him to anyone, he is someone who gets his work done and if he does not know he finds out how to do it and he does it.
