Feedback  I had a bed bug infestation got online requested a quote and a guy called Martin responded really quickly. We arranged for him to come the following day at 10am and he arrived at 12noon because he says he got lost although I sent him my location. A week after treatment I saw a bed bug crawling on my bed and let him know and he told me to give it a few more days. 2 days later I woke up with several bites and let him know and told me he would have to come and do a 6 hour fogger. I asked if he could come the following day and he said he wasn't available until later that week. I asked him if that Thursday was fine and he never responded. Mind you, he had mentioned to me that the fogger would need for people to be out of the house for 6hours. I don't live alone and I made arrangements for the house to be free. He never responded to my texts. When my fiance contacted him and enquired he hung up the phone and told him he only communicated through WhatsApp. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Whatever treatment he was using was ineffective and he should have come to make it right instead of deceive me and ignore me. If you have an issue with bed bugs don't bother to use this service.

Feedback  Booked service from this provider and was promised immediate extermination of bugs and after sales follow up treatment if need be. 3 weeks later im still being made to chase my own tail witb false promises andies to come and deliver. Save your resources and use them elsewhere. Do not frustrate yourself and lose money on the process. I engaged his services based on assurances made and guarantee given but alas! To date I have not seen him come through to rectify the problem I have as previously promised. I will be taking this company to the national consumer Council.
