When my daughter told them to leave her laptop the guy got annoyed, slammed the laptop screen closed and proceeded in picking it up. She Screamed NOOOOOO and he reluctantly put it down. In retrospect - they wanted the electronics to steal because what further happened was - they broke the washing machine and it flooded the new apartment, and they stole cables of my son - his cellphonhe cable, my daughter's laptop charging cable and we are still making a list to see what else. WORST PART IS Tabitha has not said one word to me. She ignores allll my whatsapps after reading. She still hasn't explained, offered compensation, help, or a way to claim from their insurance. Nothing. This is truly a nightmare. They are terrible! Note: she sends from Malume Transport. They are based in Terenure Kempton Park according to listing. NEVER EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
