Richard built on a braai area for us, he has also done some painting. I found his pricing to be a little high sometimes because I always get other quotes to compare but he is always open to negotiate. He works with his team which he takes full responsibility for and they clean up after themselves. He communicates well even on WhatsApp. Richard worked with an engineer on the braai area, so he can read plans and he is clued up on building as well, the braai area was done four years ago and there is not one crack in it up till today, he does great work. He is punctual, reliable and trustworthy, I was comfortable having him around my home.
