Description  A job was done on a suction line one year ago and recently had problems again arising from bad workmanship and shortcuts as pointed out by the new contractor I got to fix the mess. Very disappointing workmanship and guarantee, they also broke one of my pool brush poles by using excessive force for no reason and I had to once again fix his mess at my own costs. Feedback  Benjamin came with 2 guys. He sat on the patio all day talking on his phone very loudly. I was sick and couldn't check up on them every 5min. The work was useless, I had to have it redone and wasted all the material and marbelite. He quoted to marbelite the whole pool. They did only the one step. The said they used all the material - they tried to hide it on the bakkie and leave with all the fittings and marbelite. They even left with all the bonding liquid they were supposed to add to the marbelite. So would never have lasted in any case. Daylight robbery! Had to get a professional to chop everything off and start over. Also when I called them to get them to fix they just kept telling me to put water in - over all the cracks and marbelite already falling off!! Totally dishonest, unprofessional and huge loss - terrible experience. Have all the WA's and voicenotes as proof.

Feedback  Rixon did pool repairs on my underground pipe. He was on time for work but unfortunately he did not have all the all the tools for the job and we had to go and buy other tools. His cleaning services was average he only left a few rubbles around. His pricing was competitive and the workmanship was good.

Feedback  Minor curing issue was identified and rectified. Site was not fully tidied after completion, but this was also rectified later.

Feedback  I had the worst experience ever with these guys. Their workmanship was way below standard, it lacked a lot to be desired. I had to call them in twice, just to fix up their work and to get the job done. This Benjamin guy is never present, he gets the contracts and and just subcontracts to other people. He doesn't care to pitch up and assess the people working to see whether they are maintaining the standards.

Description  Started with leak in pool pump housing. Each "fix" lead to another problem requiring more money. When the time came to fix shoddy work ( under Rixon's 3 year quarantee) without further compensation, zero co-opreation. I now have leaks in the pipes (not the original) that they worked on, a stinky, green pool and no solar heating.

Feedback  If my experience is anything to go by, expect to fork out a lot more than the original quotation and trouble.

Feedback  Rixon replaced my swimming pool pump for me as it was no longer working because there was something wrong with the bearings plus, what is more, he also found some leaks on a separate pipe and he helped fix that as well furthermore his services were reasonably punctual plus his prices were affordable as well.

Feedback  Rixon did swimming pool repairs for me as the pool was leaking and in order to fix it we had to drain the pool, plus he also had to fill and install my fibre glass, furthermore he also had to install a new light in the pool, in addition he did a great job even though there was a bit of a delay with the light installation because he had a problem with his bakkie.

Description  My pool is marbelite and at first I just wanted to have a new coat of paint. After my 1st consultation with Benjamin, I realized it would be best to add fibre glass as it's less maintaince. Benjamin and his team knocked out the tiles and paving around the pool. Removed the old coping and replaced it with concrete pavers. They added new mosaics and the paint job done on the fibreglass is so neat. My pool looks brand new and I couldn't be happier.

Feedback  Benjamin was very patient with me, I asked alot of questions and he was always willing to answer and educate me. I'm a very specific person and he managed to make me happy. For that he deserves 5 stars. He is very friendly and skilled at his craft. Will definately be working with him in the near future on other home projects.
