All the plugs had been blown out due to high power pressure and l didn't know what was causing it. Robert came and replaced all the plugs and fixed the problem that was causing them to blow. l had so many questions and he was patient enough to answer them all and explain all possible reasons why electrical plugs can be damaged. l could tell from how he explained that he is a person who is quite knowledgeable at what he does.
