Feedback  Royal came to fit a door at my home. He arrived on time, the job took him 30 minutes to complete and everything was all good. I have not had any problems with my door ever since.

Description  Royal was recommended by Leroy Merlin to fit 6 internal doors. Royal not only damaged every door but he was dishonest in that he did mention that he damaged the doors. he then tried to patch up the doors with poly filler - if this man is a carpenter then i am the president of the country.

Feedback  i have requested that Leroy Merlin desist from using this man as he is dishonest, broke every brand new door i purchased and will now cost Leroy Merlin R8300.00 to replace and refit the doors - he slammed the phone in my ear used bad language when i tried to tell him about the damage and then had the cheek to tell me that he normally sorts out any problems after the fact. - no rating can be given. i wish there was a place here to upload the pictures of the mess he did. he is a disgrace

Feedback  Royal is a nice guy but he did a terrible rush job the first time round. Put in the cupboard skew and didn't ask what paint was used, so he bought a different paint and left the walls with patches of a slightly different colour. He got it right after redoing it again.
