Description  Tiling

Feedback  Sam agreed to complete a tiling and plumbing job at my house with payment upon completion. Halfway through he informed me that he underquoted and that it was unprofitable for him to continue. He then went against his word and demanded 80% payment of which I only paid just over half. He then removed some of the key equipment from the job to use elsewhere and reduced his staff to one tiler. He suggested that I continue directly with paying the tiler of which I declined as we agreed for him to complete the job. I had to provide transport for the tiler to continue. The tiler continued until Sam requested him to abandon my job or he would not pay him his wages. With no intention of completing the job, he requested to fetch the balance of his tools. The job was left incomplete of which I have to employ another contractor to complete.

Feedback  I hired him to install a solar panel for me at my house in Alexandra. He did an excellent job and I was satisfied with the service. He did a clean job and everything was done as agreed. His prices were affordable and I have no complains whatsoever. I highly recommend him

Feedback  Sam is a good service provider, he installed new piping, he did a bathroom and kitchen revamp with which I am impressed with. His quote was reasonable, he is reliable and he cleaned up afterwards. He is trustworthy because I left him in my house and I never missed anything. I can recommend him to anyone because he is dedicated to his work.

Feedback  Sam did paving on my yard, the quality of his work is excellent and I have no complaints. He cleaned up all the rubble afterwards, he delivered what I wanted and it was what we agreed. His quote was reasonable, he is trustworthy because he was always on time and he worked without supervision. I can recommend him to anyone.
