Good day, I am one of the Trustees on my Homeowners Association (Chester Mews) in Lakeside (near Muizenberg, Cape Town). We are interested in having our pedestrian gate (next to our motorised driveway gate) revamped with a new lock, as the current one is faulty, as well as a weighted automatic closing option. We are looking to either explore the option of having the pedestrian gate open with a remote or with a new key. We are also looking at ensuring our motorised driveway gate has a backup battery in place during loadshedding, as currently it stays open if there is no power. Please could you advise & quote on all the options above, as well as pricing?
