Mathew has been a subcontractor that I use whenever I have electrical work that needs to be done, I have been subcontracting him for two years and we have worked on commercial building, residencies, hospitals, you name it, we have done it. He is reliable and one of the few guys that I trust, I have never had an issue with him. His prices are good, he communicates well, he is well-spoken and his craftsmanship is excellent.

The issue was at a flat that I am renting out. I do not stay in the area, so I could not be there. After speaking to Suprise and describing what the tenant described to me, he arrived on time the next day, contacted the tenant and found the root cause of the issue and did the necessary repairs.
