Came and fixed the damaged damp wall and bad tiling previously done causing running water out of the bath. Also waterproofed and damp-proofed wall around the bath/shower to prevent future damage. After all work, repainted the bathroom as well.

Tau left my home none functional and in a bad state. When I called him to ask when he would come and complete the work and fix problems I had, he told me to go back to India. I had regretfully paid in him in full at this stage.
