What was concerning is that Thabo represented himself as a Renovator with artisans working for him but the tiler on the job was making decisions and made the decision to abandon the job at 95% when I pointed out the poorly layed 20 tiles with insufficient glue. Thabo admitted that they were rushing to finish the job therefore the tiles were not layed with sufficient glue.
