I was amazed at quickly the team arrived with the replacement geyser. The job was done without fuss or incident and the team was incredibly proficient and friendly and didn't hesitate on giving me progress information each time I asked.

Jeff came through to quote on the same day as I asked and was very happy with the quote (cheaper than the building/plumbing team that were working on renovations at the house at the time) and he was able to complete the job the same day (honestly so much better than the last 3 plumbers I have used recently - although they worked on different jobs I have the feeling Jeff and his team get the job done quickly and right first time - definitely much better quality work than the last 3). At the same time also asked to quote on replacing the rest of the galvanised pipes. Although good price I hesitated to do straight away, ended up with another small leak a couple weeks later. So I spoke to Jeff (did not even bother phoning around for quotes as he is my go to plumber - even for the small stuff) and Jeff came through with all the materials and sorted all the pipes out for me professionally & quickly so as to get my water running again as soon as possible.

I have used Thabo for two years and have never been disappointed. He does all the plumbing work at my house, and his service is excellent. He installed a toilet seat, tub, and water basin at my house. At one point some guys who were installing fibre network at my house broke a pipe, and I called Thabo repaired it. He responded quickly to my requests and worked efficiently. He paid attention to my instructions, he knew I like quality materials and he delivered exactly as I had told him. His work was up to standard, he cleaned up after himself, and I can recommend him to others.
