I'm a manager of a property. I need trades people I can trust. I need to phone them, get them to understand the problem then complete it with little fuss. Bruce did all this. I heard from the tenants that he did great work. And most of all he was affordable and the job got done with as little stress on my shoulders. I rate Bruce.

Sphamandla initially appeared competent and professional, although very expensive, but he promised a reliable fix to my problem so I agreed to his quote. Unfortunately, lights went out again 1h after his team finished, as the solar inverter and battery were not correctly connected to the db board. Sphamandla initially blamed the solar inverter, but after I consulted another electrician and it turned out there was nothing wrong with it, Sphamandla promised a free fix on the next day. The next day, the main breaker to start tripping again soon after they left. At this point I no longer trusted Mvalo and booked another electrician who fixed the problem at a fraction of the price. I'm not sufficiently competent in electrical matters to determine if I have been scammed, but judging simply by outcomes Mvalo are, at the very least, under-qualified and overpriced.

He is a professional, who knows what he is doing and he is affordable. The work he did for me was amazing and I was satisfied with everything done. I highly recommend him.
