Absolutely stellar service and workmanship from Bruce. I explained my vision for the cottage on the first visit and Bruce took a few days to digest and come up with a suitable plan. He put a lot of effort into the planning/engineering side of the project to ensure a smooth and faultless execution. His proposals were all logical, practical and exactly on point with my vision/problem statement. Not once did I question his knowledge, experience or capabilities. I was particularly impressed with his overall client expectation management and excellent communication and work load/time management. I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. He was also very open and transparent when it came to other emergencies or quick smaller jobs that he was working on during the course of my bigger project. The thing that I really appreciated, and what sets Bruce apart from the rest, is the passion and pride that he shows in his trade, service and workmanship. He takes time to understands his client needs, openly shared knowledge, gives advice, makes recommendations and his workmanship is very precise and neat with good attention to detail. The only concern that I have is that Bruce might become too busy or successfully to continue helping me out in future. 😉

Nkosie arrived punctually. His work was professional and he completed the repairs in a neat and effective manner.
