In a personal capacity, believe you me, he's a good chap. I really like him. He's not out there to rip you off, and he is a straight talker. By all means, I can recommend him - something I've already done a lot.

Sam did a great job building my house. I was happy with his services. After he was done building, he did the plastering, painting and also flooring. His work is very good and he is a number 1 builder for me. He had all the required equipment for the building services. He is very organized and he cleaned the house and also cleared all the rubbles.

Buti did tiling renovation for the whole house and in the bathroom he did both the floor and the wall. It took 2 days to do the job both removing the old tiles and installing the new tiles. He arrived on time to the job and with all the tools he needed to do the job. He cleaned up nicely after the job was done. He left the old tiles in one place arranged nicely as my mother has asked him not to take them away. Hid pricing was reasonable and the quality of his work was top notch. He is a good communicator and we were satisfied with with his services.
