The job took longer than expected. He skipped a day and only informed towards the end of the day that he will not be coming, this caused going 24 hours without a toilet in the house. No sense of efficiency, he would inform about missing materials at unreasonable times and blame the customer for delays. No sense of customer service. There was too much drama but eventually the job was done and came out nice. He just needs customer service skills.
