I expect a workman to return to try and remedy the leak at his own cost if it it the same leak or prove to me it is a differnt source if this is the case. But refusing even to look at the problem again is very unprofessional. Getting aggressive and threatening is the kind of service I am trying to avoid. I will not use this plumber or site again. Its too risky.

He does work late if he has to and I have had no problems with him or his team. He has done work at my office and at home, so I know from personal experience that his craftmanship is good.

I was very impressed with the job that Den did at my house. I had a problem with my geyser so he came, identified the problem and advised me on the parts that needed to be replaced.
