I would question whether he is in fact a qualified plumber as he repeatedly mentioned himself being surprised by the problem not being fixed. He seems all nice and trustworthy but honestly he is not to be trusted. Really really bad experience all round. Money and time wasted.. Avoid. Rather get a real plumber in.
