Andy from the first knock on the door, was meticulous on safety and maintaining clean environment upon final departure. Not only would I recommend Andy use Andy - even if you can wait to fit in his schedule, I already have him penciled in to repair other aging faucets and valves.

The only thing I would like Johannes to do is, teach his people/workers to be neat and professional, I should not remind them to do a specific work but they do tidy up after the completion of the job. I really love his work, he knows what he is doing the only thing would be training his workers.
