Cut back tree branches hanging over the gutter Unit 12 Block 4 Cindy Court: 1. Repair windows that are damaged and rotting Unit 11 Block 4 Cindy Court: 1. Water marks in the bathroom ceiling from old leak 2. The clips on the two kitchen corner cupboards are not working, and the cupboards do not close. 3. The 2nd draw runner / track is not working, and they cannot close the draw. 4. Leaking tap in the bathroom Unit 11 Cindy Court Block 3: 1. There is an issue with the garage door lock. It can’t be locked apparently. 2. The kitchen roof is stained from a leak above. Needs to be painted. 3. The kitchen floor tiles have lifted due to the water. Tiles needs to be reglued down if possible. 4. Broken wall tiles need replacing from previous plumbing works carried out. 5. Bedroom cupboard hinge keeps breaking away from side panel. Possibly due to water damage. Unit 3 Cindy Court Block 1: 1. Water marked ceiling 2. Cornice corner to be replaced at front door 3. Paint at front door wall is bubbling due to previous water effect area Cindy Court: Common Area 1. Outside lights are not working 13 Welgelee Street: 1. Mould on the shower walls 2. Mould in the cupboards 3. Check for wood bugs in kitchen door 4. Tenant stated front and back door is rotten and needs replacing 5. Plastic skirting in bathroom not glued down 6. Hole in kitchen tiles where plumbing repair was previously done
