Feedback  Sicelo renovated our garage and domestic quarters by turning them into additional living units (a flat.) Sicelo was wonderful to work with, he was clear in his quotes, but I do have a few concerns as well. First of Sicelo needs to find a new tiler because the one he uses now made a mess in my shower. Secondly, Sicelo needs to work on his budgeting skills because there was a point where he went over budget.

Description  He did waterproofing for me.
